TruFit Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Kent, WA. This position will perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts and assemblies while ensuring products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Compensation:
$22- $28 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
$2.00/hour shift differential

Kent, WA
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts and assemblies
- Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, air gauges, and radius gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Document inspection results and identify non-conforming parts
- Assist with rework and re-inspection requirements
- Communicate quality issues with production and quality teams
- Assist with identifying root causes and improving inspection processes
- Learn and perform CMM inspections as training is provided
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of inspection experience with machined parts or assemblies
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk throughout a manufacturing facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. Person
