Compensation for fully trained Servers starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Weekday AM availability is needed Full-Time Benefits (Available to employees averaging 30+ hours per week) Paid Time Off starting at 2 weeks (10 days), with additional PTO based on tenure Medical insurance (Tribute Eatery & Bar pays 50% of the employee premium) Dental and Vision coverage options 401(k) plan with discretionary employer match for eligible employees Benefits for All Team Members 25% employee dining discount for you and up to 7 guests at Tribute Eatery & Bar Employee Assistance Program with six confidential counseling sessions per issue, per year 25% discount at participating Craft Concepts restaurants across Iowa, Omaha, Kansas City, and Missouri (Sunday–Thursday for you and one guest) Team appreciation events and employee celebrations What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience Help guests with menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings Accurately enter orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar teams Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards Check in with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve concerns professionally Process guest payments accurately Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready Reset tables and complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Must obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training (I-PACT) certification within 30 days of hire Skills Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized with excellent attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who enjoys collaborating with others Ability to stay calm and professional during busy shifts Reliable, dependable, and punctual Tribute Eatery & Bar is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Tribute Eatery & Bar
