As a Revenue Cycle Transformation Manager, you will play a critical role in reshaping and streamlining revenue cycle processes for healthcare providers, including large medical groups and integrated delivery networks. Your expertise will be vital in driving business transformation projects that address complex challenges in patient access, revenue integrity, and back-end operations. Responsibilities Lead initiatives to enhance Revenue Cycle solutions by improving processes across Patient Access, Mid-cycle, and Back-end operations, focusing on maximizing net revenue and cash flow. Identify value creation opportunities using research and insights, aligning with client needs and performance gaps. Oversee operational improvements, working on policy refinement, workflow optimization, and performance metrics. Manage project implementation, ensuring alignment with business architecture and process designs while supervising development activities. Create and execute detailed project plans to achieve deliverables within scheduled timelines and budget constraints. Integrate automation and advanced analytics into revenue cycle processes to drive measurable, sustainable improvements. Assist clients in modernizing their revenue cycle and finance functions, preparing them for long-term success. Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement throughout project phases to ensure client commitment and collaboration. Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, presenting complex information clearly to foster acceptance of change. Lead practice-building initiatives, such as market offerings and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior consultants and analysts. Stay updated on regulations, industry trends, and technologies affecting revenue cycle management across various healthcare sectors. Be prepared for travel of up to 80% as needed. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in finance and management consulting. A minimum of 5 years in a healthcare provider Revenue Cycle environment. At least 2 years of experience transforming revenue cycle processes to enhance revenue, reduce denials, and improve cash flow. Bachelor's degree is required. Preferred Qualifications Strong engagement skills with a focus on business and people development. Proven financial acumen with budgeting and revenue forecasting capabilities. Experience in AI, Robotics Process Automation, Data Visualization, and Analytics in Revenue Cycle. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of driving results through mobilized teams. Strong relationship-building capabilities at the executive level.
