Village Family Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time team member (29-31 hours/week) who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner

Answer and manage incoming phone calls

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Verify patient information and update records accurately

Perform data entry and maintain electronic patient files

Check patients in and out of appointments

Process payments and assist with insurance information

Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Support daily office operations

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Proficiency with computers and basic office software-Dentrix experience preferred

Accurate data entry and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers

Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required
