EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 6 years progressive hotel conference services experience preferred or equivalent college degree with related experience.
• Strong communication negotiation and professional selling skills with the ability to influence clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated creativity and expertise in food beverage and event management; proven organizational and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage diverse teams solve complex problems and work independently under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office financial analysis and must hold a valid drivers license in the applicable state.
