We are experience you can trust! The Admin Support works to support management, dispatchers and drivers and other departments as needed. Responsible for managing emails, answering phones, accurate filing, documentation review, data entry and providing reports. Responsibilities Communicate with drivers and provide delivery updates, requesting proper origin and destination documents. Review driver origin and destination documentation for accuracy and locate any missing information. Provide all required driver documentation to accounting for processing. Provide administrative support to Local Operations Manager. Scan and file documentation and other items as needed. Gather assigned information and organize it in excel format reports and/or place in appropriate company electronic system. Responsible for entering all accounts payable invoices and ensuring payments. Provide administrative support as needed to all areas of the branch. Answer incoming calls and direct questions as able to appropriate department. Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program. Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization. Qualifications Must be able to understand and follow instructions. Must maintain confidentiality. Must meet educational requirement (less than high school education, up to one‑month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience). Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read and write the English language with proficiency sufficient to communicate with co‑workers, clients and visitors. Must understand and adhere to verbal and written company policies. Must have proven ability to apply attention to detail, role‑related accuracy and task follow‑through. Must have knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (preferred). Must possess polite, positive, proactive, and professional demeanor. Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
