Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Niagara & Buffalo Area
Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hour, based on experience and certifications
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time
Shifts: Day, Evening & Overnight
Talent Link Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential group-home settings throughout the Niagara Falls, Niagara County, and Buffalo areas.
We have immediate openings across all shift s , with both full-time and part-time schedules available.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care
- Promote independence and individual goals
- Assist with community activities, appointments and transportation
- Support medication administration as permitted by training/certification
- Maintain a safe and supportive residential environment
- Complete required documentation
Qualifications:
- DSP, group home, OPWDD, behavioral health or I/DD experience preferred
- CPR Certification required
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred
- AMAP, SCIP-R or related certifications are a plus
- Dependable, compassionate and comfortable working in a residential setting
- Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding
