PC Maintenance Technician with Hardware Expertise

Join our team as a PC Maintenance Technician where your expertise in hardware maintenance and repair will keep our computer systems running smoothly.
We are seeking a skilled PC Maintenance Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and peripherals. This role involves documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.

- PAY RANGE: $20.00
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Provide routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals.
- Contact and coordinate with hardware or software vendors for service when necessary.
- Install computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
- Install new software packages and upgrades.
- May control password assignment.
- May aid in the development of system documentation and procedure manuals as required.
- May facilitate and conduct training sessions for company employees in the operation of software/hardware systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
- General knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems preferred.
