Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require native-level or bilingual English fluency.
• We require proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We require strong writing ability and excellent grammar.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer.
• We are only considering candidates located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• We design and solve a wide variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write polished code examples and clear, detailed explanations.
• We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
• We contribute to the development of advanced AI systems through practical programming tasks.
• We may create applications with rich functionality and perform data analysis and visualization work.
