• Prepare transaction memos, diligence findings, and client presentations for senior stakeholders

• Coordinate data rooms, information requests, and cross-functional workstreams during live transactions

• Collaborate with senior advisors, bankers, consultants, and client teams throughout the deal lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in transaction advisory, M&A, and deal execution

• Solid foundation in financial statement analysis and valuation concepts

• High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets and financial information
