Cytel is looking for an experienced attorney to support their technology business by providing legal guidance on software licensing agreements and commercial transactions. You will work closely with sales, finance, and executive teams to negotiate complex contracts while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of legal experience and a Juris Doctor degree.
