About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team and lead the day-to-day operations of its programs and services. The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a mission-centered approach. This role requires a strategic leader with a Master's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of senior executive experience in the healthcare sector, and a proven track record in operational and programmatic development. The successful candidate will be adept at leading strategic planning, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Essential functions include overseeing all operational aspects, shaping the organization's strategic vision, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal COO will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, with a preference for those who have served in a similar capacity. They should possess exceptional financial acumen, the ability to champion innovation, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role also involves partnering with the Chief Human Resources Officer to lead workforce development and ensuring a person-centered, inclusive environment that meets the individualized goals of the clients served. The COO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, with the potential to assume leadership responsibilities in the CEO's absence, and must be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
