You'll ensure all areas are properly sanitized, stocked, and maintained, supporting the daily comfort and well-being of everyone we serve. You'll work as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where consistency, care, and attention to detail make a real difference each day.Hourly Wage: $14.75/hr. to start – $15.75/hr. after 90 daysSchedule: 6:00 am. – 2:30 pm. Flexibility may be required based on participant and business needs. Work schedules will be coordinated with your supervisor.Benefits:9 Paid HolidaysPTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full-time employees)Medical, Dental, & VisionFree Life and AD&D Insurance PlanHealth Savings and Flexible Spending AccountsShort Term Disability InsuranceGroup Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and DependentsPaid Parental LeaveTuition Reimbursement and Paid Training OpportunitiesRetirement Plan with company annual matchMileage Reimbursement at annual IRS rate as applicableDuties/Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize all assigned areas of the Center in accordance with company infection control policies and procedures.Handle and mix cleaning chemicals safely and properly, ensuring correct labeling, storage, and rotation.Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and hygiene materials throughout the facility.Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.Prioritize daily cleaning tasks and complete them in a consistent, timely manner.Act as a contact point for delivery drivers and service contractors, ensuring supplies reach the correct departments.Interact courteously and professionally with participants, visitors, and staff at all times.Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to the Center Manager promptly.Establish and use mobile company email for communication and scheduling.Participate in ongoing Quality Improvement and training programs as directed.Perform other duties as assigned by the Center Manager or designee.Everyone's journey is unique.
