Remedy Staffing is Hiring!
Remedy Staffing is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Helper with experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance experience.
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour and up, based on experience
Shift:
- Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
Overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Flexibility for emergency repairs is preferred, although emergency call-ins are generally not expected until becoming a permanent employee.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Assist with machinery installations
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Support maintenance projects and equipment upkeep
- Help maintain safe and efficient production operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Experience with equipment installation and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PLC and/or computer experience is a plus, but not required
