The Senior ccontnt is key member of rgonfly's Finnce & cconting tem, responsible for mintining ccrte finncil recors for rgonfly n its client orgniztions while ensring complince with GP, tx regltions, n nonprofit/grnt fning reqirements. This role oversees n spports bookkeepers, serves s trste finncil prtner to clients, n plys centrl role in it reiness, grnt complince, n continos improvement of cconting processes cross rgonfly's portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Mintin working knowlege of Generlly ccepte cconting Principles (GP)
• Mnge n mintin ccrte finncil recors for rgonfly n its clients
• Review finncil reports for errors, iscrepncies, n res for improvement
• ssist with month-en n yer-en closing processes
• Mnge /P & /R processes sing BILL n other relte pltforms
• Prepre sles tx, bsiness tx, frnchise & excise tx, n property tx retrns
• Mintin working knowlege of tx lws n regltions
• Trck grnt fning, restricte fns, n progrm bgets
• Ensre finncil reporting reqirements for grnts n fners re met
• Spport grnt proposl evelopment by prepring grnt bgets n finncil ocmenttion
• Monitor complince with fning reqirements n restrictions
• Ensre complince with nonprofit finncil regltions, grnt reqirements, n internl policies
• Coorinte the preprtion of finncil mterils for nnl its n work with externl itors s neee
• Mintin finncil policies n proceres tht spport trnsprency n ccontbility

• Oversee n spport bookkeepers, proviing gince, trining, n qlity control to ensre ccrcy n efficiency

• Provie exceptionl cstomer service n spport to rgonfly's clients

Reqirements

• Bchelor's egree in cconting, Finnce, or relte fiel
• CP certifiction or ctively prsing certifiction is pls
• Minimm of 4 yers of relevnt cconting experience
• Nonprofit bookkeeping n grnt reporting experience
• Working knowlege of tx lws n regltions
• Proficiency in sing cconting softwre (QickBooks Online Provisor preferre)
• Fmilirity with expense mngement pltforms sch s BILL, Expensify or similr tools
• Fmilirity with Google Workspce, prticlrly Google Sheets
• Strong spresheet skills for t nlysis, reporting, n finncil moeling
• Experience with project mngement pltforms like Clickp, Mony.com, or sn to trck n monitor client projects
• High level of technicl proficiency lerning n sing igitl tools
• Excellent ttention to etil n nlyticl skills
• Effective verbl n written commniction skills
