1 shift 7:30-4pm

Job Summary:

A CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, modifying, and maintaining CNC milling and lathe machines to manufacture precision parts. This position
requires the ability to read blueprints, perform machine setups, inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments, and make adjustments to ensure
all parts meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Load materials and perform machine setups for production runs.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Change tooling and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC milling and lathe machines (Haas&Makino) is required.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
