Job Summary The Water Damage Technician will assist team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while gaining training and experience in professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage. Responsibilities Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned. Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well‑groomed. Be available for on‑call duty and emergencies. Learn and practice commitment to customer service. Fill out paperwork properly (timesheets, PO forms, field check‑lists). Monitor loss and document readings. Exercise good judgment and follow written and oral instructions while applying problem‑solving skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools, reach with hands and arms, and speak or hear. Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
