We are seeking Licensed Psychotherapists to join our growing team. This is a full-time salaried position with a full caseload provided, comprehensive benefits, and strong clinical support from an experienced team that values collaboration and professional growth.

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE

• Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and develop individualized, goal-focused treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize clinical skills to promote clients’ mental, emotional, and social wellness.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and relevant State and Federal regulations.
• Work closely with the clinical team to adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and changing needs.

• Active New Jersey License: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling/psychotherapy.
• Prior insurance credentialing is a plus.
• Must be currently located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
