What You'll Do:


✓ Deliver patient-centered nursing care while providing education and support to patients and their families.
✓ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and support staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
✓ Utilize advanced electronic documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions accurately.
✓ Play a vital role in discharge planning , ensuring patients receive the necessary resources for a smooth transition.
✓ Foster a diverse and inclusive environment , ensuring a respectful and supportive space for patients and colleagues alike.

What You'll Bring:

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)

License & Certification:

• Current RN license in Virginia or a Multistate Compact License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA
  
  Experience: 1+ year of Med-Surg RN experience in an acute care hospital is required
