Mental Health Clinical Therapist II - Medical Group - Palatine

Hourly Pay Range $32.60 - $48.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Mental Health Therapist II Location: Palatine, IL Full Time: 40 hours/week Hours: Monday-Friday, hours vary upon the need of the department General Summary Reporting to the Director of LOMG Counseling Services and/or LOMG Practice Manager, the Clinical Therapist provides quality clinical therapeutic services to patient populations and their families/significant others in a physician office or other settings (NCH/MG). The Clinical Therapist serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assuring the delivery of quality treatment. The role also involves orienting and mentoring new staff to the program. What You Will Need Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related program required, Psy D. preferred. License: Current State of Illinois License with a minimum of four letters which may include LCSW, LCPC or LMFT required. Certification: Current CPR certification. CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
