Now hiring Cutter Operator in Chattanooga, TN. Pay rate: $17.00 per hour. Shift options: 1st (7:45 AM-8 PM), 3rd (7:45 PM-8 AM). Requires working a 12-hour swing shift every other Friday. Sunday off.

Cutter Operator Requirements

• 2 years of manufacturing experience required
• Previous experience with machines or cutting equipment preferred
• Ability to use SAP or learn production data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow work instructions
• Willingness to cross-train and support packaging operations
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
• Steel-toe shoes required

Cutter Operator Job Duties

• Operate cutting equipment to meet production goals
• Inspect, grade, and pack finished products
• Complete production paperwork and enter data into SAP
• Change paper and materials to maintain production flow
• Assist with packaging line operations as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
