About The Role Clinical Supervisor (South) – Charlie Health is expanding access to life‑saving behavioral health treatment. Responsibilities Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing an engaging clinical schedule, including curriculum development Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices and quality standards Manage crisis operations throughout all intensive outpatient program delivery/on‑call responsibilities during nights/weekends Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum) Integrate a variety of modalities into treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI; certification is a plus) Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission regulations and ongoing quality assurance Document treatment notes to meet agency and professional standards (DHCS, Joint Commission) Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Model professional ethics, appropriate boundaries, and confidentiality Assist in developing relationships with key referral sources and networking activities Requirements Independently licensed mental health counselor Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency Experience working with a wide range of ages (children, teens, young adults, adults) Leadership experience in clinical settings (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP) Familiarity with cloud‑based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/survey software Benefits Charlie Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time, exempt employees. The role offers a target performance‑based bonus; total cash compensation range $65,000‑$94,000 per year. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and may include stock options and other Charlie Health‑sponsored benefits.
