Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota
• EPIC trained
• Experience in patient intake and vaccines
• Ability to work with multiple patients and potentially telemedicine

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake procedures
• Administer vaccines
• Support telemedicine efforts as needed
• Assist with various clinical duties
