Territory Sales Manager - Southeast Region
Remote (Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, GA area)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive new business development throughout the Southeast region. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, building relationships, and generating revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Previous promotional products industry experience is required.

This position is remote but candidates must currently reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area and be able to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and offers a highly competitive earning structure, including:

Base salary starting at $90,000+
Uncapped commission opportunities
Performance-based bonuses
Strong earning potential for top performers
Territory
Home base: Greater Atlanta Area (Remote)
Territory includes: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina
Regular regional travel required

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop strong client relationships through consultative and solution-based selling.
Expand business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity goals.
Travel throughout the Southeast region to support business development efforts.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in the promotional products industry.
Proven success in new business development and territory growth.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is preferred.
Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Must reside in the Greater Atlanta area and be willing to travel throughout the Southeast territory.
