Schedule: 16 hrs per day/7 days per week (Flexible) Area of Coverage: Harleysville Full Benefits Package: See below more details PAY RATE $26-$30/hr We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a 17-year-old teen with complex medical needs related to a congenital condition affecting growth and development. This role focuses on promoting safety, comfort, independence, and quality of life in a supportive home environment. Responsibilities Include Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting Monitoring health status and responding to changes appropriately Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Assisting with activities of daily living as needed Supporting mobility, positioning, and comfort Communicating clearly with family members and healthcare providers Maintaining accurate documentation and care records Offering patient-centered, age-appropriate care with dignity and respect Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in good standing Experience with pediatric or adolescent patients preferred Comfort caring for individuals with congenital or chronic medical conditions Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work independently in a home-care setting Preferred Experience (not required) Private duty or home health nursing Experience with medically complex patients Familiarity with adaptive equipment or mobility support Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts (retail, hotel, food, restaurants, car rental, and much more!)
