We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead and elevate the overall guest journey. This role is responsible for creating thoughtful, personalized experiences while ensuring seamless service across all guest touchpoints, including accommodations, dining, celebrations, and special experiences.

The ideal candidate is intuitive, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Guest Experience Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

3–5+ years of hospitality experience, preferably within a boutique hotel, luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-touch guest service environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence
Strong passion for creating memorable guest experiences and emotional connections through hospitality
Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience coordinating guest itineraries, celebrations, VIP experiences, and special requests
Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service execution
Experience monitoring guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills

Guest Experience Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

Experience working in boutique luxury hotels, chef-driven hospitality environments, or high-end restaurant concepts
Passion for hospitality, food, wellness, culture, and personalized service experiences
Naturally warm, intuitive, and gracious leadership style
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
Creative mindset with the ability to curate thoughtful guest experiences and memorable moments
Ability to lead by example while fostering collaboration and service excellence across departments
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and elevated guest expectations
Elegant yet approachable leadership presence with a service-first mentality
