Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs to assist them in setting and achieving personal goals.

• Prepare detailed documentation for each client session, adhering to company policies and ensuring compliance with all clinical standards.

• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, promoting a balanced workload while fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, healthcare personnel, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for clients.

• Regularly participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and share best practices within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients undergoing detoxification from substances. Understandably, this population may experience various complexities relating to mental health, substance use disorders, trauma histories, and other co-occurring conditions. Your experience and sensitivity in navigating these challenges will be crucial in providing exceptional care that empowers clients to successfully transition through this critical phase of their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
