Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our property to provide residents with a high-quality living environment. Responsibilities Maintenance Operations: Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold property integrity and functionality. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily residential setting. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals. Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance issues. Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors. Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer service‑oriented role, particularly in property management or hospitality, is desirable. Background Check: Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
