Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Cardiology Location: West Region Employment Type: Full-Time What You’ll Champion: Deliver high-quality cardiovascular care to adult patients across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Partner with a collaborative team of experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers to develop individualized treatment plans. Manage and evaluate patients with a wide range of general cardiology conditions, helping improve heart health throughout the community. Build meaningful patient relationships through education, prevention, and ongoing cardiovascular disease management.
