What You’ll Do: Lead revenue recognition and contract review processes under ASC 606 Prepare detailed account reconciliations and journal entries Conduct inventory assessments and variance analysis Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including EAC and flux analysis Manage SOX compliance and support external and internal audits Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to special projects Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial closing Required Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience with US GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements Proven track record in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Strong analytical and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems is a plus CPA or pursuing CPA designation highly preferred Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with OneStream or other reconciliation tools Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Prior experience facilitating audits and managing compliance Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience 13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Additional Requirements: U.S. Citizenship only, no dual citizenship Onsite work Monday through Friday, 9/80 schedule Potential for conversion to a full‑time, direct‑hire role This excellent opportunity offers not only a competitive rate of $60/hour but also the chance to develop your expertise within a reputable organization committed to excellence.
