What You’ll Do

• Source and reach out to candidates (calls, LinkedIn, outreach)
• Conduct phone/video interviews
• Build relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Prep candidates for interviews and manage feedback
• Partner with internal teams to fill open roles
• Manage pipelines and track activity in our ATS

• Able to work from our office in Solon, OH
