Working alongside our culinary leadership, this role ensures that every ingredient is prepared to exacting standards, enabling flawless execution during service.This position is ideal for a culinary professional who values structure, craftsmanship, and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients according to established recipes and specificationsExecute knife work, portioning, and basic cooking techniques with precisionMaintain organized and immaculately clean prep stationsProperly label, date, and store all products according to food safety standardsAssist line cooks and chefs with daily kitchen preparation needsSupport inventory rotation and waste control proceduresUphold strict sanitation and health compliance standardsContribute to a disciplined, team-focused kitchen cultureQualificationsPrevious kitchen or prep experience preferred; fine dining experience a plusStrong foundational knife skills and understanding of culinary techniquesAbility to work efficiently in a structured, high-standard environmentExceptional attention to detail and consistencyReliable, professional, and team-orientedAvailability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAt Wilhelm und Werner, refinement starts at the prep table.
