As a Design Consultant for Mr. Rogers Windows you can: Earn $125,000-$250,000 with leads supplied Earn monthly bonuses Participate in company 401k and profit sharing plans Benefit from our in-house marketing lead generation team. As a Design Consultant you will: Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners in the greater Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia and north eastern North Carolina Use tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacement products Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads Qualifications Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed Previous sales experience Home improvement or in-home sales experience preferred, but not required Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations Comfortable working on straight commission Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Benefits Paid 10-week training program Monthly and quarterly bonuses Excellent commission rate ($125,000-$250,000 annually) Flexible work schedule Employer-matched 401(k) Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Profit sharing Training begins July 6, 2026.
