Coverage Needs :
- Need ASAP - Ongoing
Shifts:
- Have Days, Mids, & Nights
- Mon-Tues: 7a-5p, 9a-7p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a.
- Wed- Fri: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a.
- Sat-Sun: 7a-5p, 12p-10p, & 7p-7a
Setting:
- Acute-care community hospital
- Handles minor to moderate trauma
- Severe trauma sent to Shreveport
- Must be comfortable stabilizing and transferring
Census:
- 200 bed hospital
- 27.4k annual volume
- Average 75 patients per day
Support Staff:
- Most subspecialties are on site except for neuro surgery and hand surgery
- NPPA: Mon-Fri: 12p-9p. Sat-Sun: 11a-8p
Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
EMR:
- EPIC
Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
Travel:
- Hospital will cover
Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding - hoping for ASAP start
Requirements:
- Active LA state license
- Active DEA and CDS in LA or willing to transfer
- ATLS, ACLS
