Join a team that's professional, collaborative, and committed to your career development.**Responsibilities*** Search online marketplaces and other sources daily to identify potential vehicle purchase opportunities* Travel locally throughout the day to locate, evaluate, and assist with the pickup of vehicles for acquisition, including roadside sale vehicles, private-party purchases, and other off-site buying opportunities* Contact private sellers via phone, text, email, and messaging platforms to gather vehicle information and negotiate appointments* Build rapport with sellers and provide a professional, customer-focused experience* Schedule appointments for vehicle appraisals and acquisitions* Collect and organize vehicle details including VINs, mileage, condition, photos, and ownership information* Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication throughout the acquisition process* Assist with tracking acquisition activity and maintaining accurate records in dealership systems* Stay informed on market trends and vehicle values* Work closely with the Vehicle Buyer and management team to support inventory goals* Support additional dealership or department duties as needed## Qualifications**Qualifications*** Strong communication and customer service skills* Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through text and social media platforms* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive terminology preferred, but not required* Experience in sales, customer service, call center, or automotive environments is a plus* Proficient with computers, internet research, and mobile apps* **Valid driver's license** with a clean driving record* Must be able to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug screen and background / MVR screen*Allen Turner Automotive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
