We are looking for the right individual to join our team to assist our in-house attorneys in reviewing outside counsel invoices and undertaking related projects. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:* Effectively communicate with Home Office Attorneys, outside counsel and other divisions through verbal and/or written correspondence.* Accurately input data into various systems.* Interpret and apply verbal and/or written instructions.* Maintain records according to established guidelines.* Prepare and organize materials for special projects related to eBilling, including projects related to improving efficiency of the team.* Assists in developing reports and/or prepares requests for reports.**Desired Skills & Experience*** 3 or more years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm preferred* Strong attention to detail* Excellent analytical, time management and verbal and written communication skills* Must prioritize among ongoing projects to meet deadlines* Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with various people, including attorneys and other business units such as claims, underwriting and IT* Aptitude for and interest in technology, systems and legal operations and processes**Benefits**Auto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success.
