Job Description As a Security Officer - Experienced Lobby Concierge in Scottsdale, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm panels, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Use computer or tablet systems to support badge access activities, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and deliver outstanding service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:30 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:30 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:30 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports. Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and supporting site-specific procedures for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours access. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
