A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Restructuring Analyst to support distressed M&A, turnaround strategies, and debt advisory . • Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, liquidity forecasts, debt restructuring scenarios)

• Prepare pitch books, restructuring memoranda, and client presentations

• Assist with due diligence, creditor communications, and transaction execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, restructuring, corporate finance, or consulting is beneficial
