RN/LPN

We are seeking a compassionate weekend RN/LPN on the First shift (6AM-2PM) and a part time RN/LPN on the Third shift ( 10PM-6AM) to join our team. We also have an exciting 16/24 Status position available. The 16/24 Status is the perfect solution for those that have busy week days as the position only requires working 3 weekends per month with the bonus of an increased rate of pay. Or ask about our wonderful 24/36 Status position, in which you work 3 weekends per month with a Friday or Monday shift attachment, at an increased rate of pay. Our Committed Hours Pay program, pays you more money when you commit to more hour per pay period! An RN that commits to 72-80 hours per pay period will earn an additional $12 per hour and an LPN that commits to 72-80 hours per pay period will earn an additional $10 per hour. We offer a $4,000 Sign On Bonus to LPN’s and a $5,000 Sign On Bonus to RN’s that are contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period. RN’s will comply with all pharmaceutical polices, assess residents and make appropriate intervention, participate in care planning process and ensure that care plan is implemented consistently, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a respectful and dignified manner, and works effectively in a team environment while providing the highest quality of care. The LPN positions will provide direct supervision to CNAs and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit. LPN’s will comply with all pharmaceutical policies, observe residents and make appropriate intervention, assist with the development and communication of resident care plans, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a dignified and respectful manner.
