CAs tend to lead the huddlesDocument care with support from quality-based coders.Participate in on-call rotation and support growth plans at your center.Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactWhat We're Looking ForComplete a PA program with board certification.Active, unrestricted PA license in the state of practice.2+ years of experience with value-based care or primary care.EMR, email.Preferred:Experience in value-based care, primary care or Medicare Advantage settings.Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbersFamiliarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salaryHealth insurance Day 1401(k) with employer matchCME allowance and dedicated CME timeOccurrence-based malpractice coverageLife and disability insuranceGenerous PTO and paid holidaysMinimal call responsibilitiesAdditional Information:Clinic Location: CenterWell Seminary, 4200 South Fwy, Suite 1990, Fort Worth, TX 76115Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5pPay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
