Vice President of Quality

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline 15+ years of progressive quality assurance or quality engineering leadership experience within metals or heavy industrial manufacturing Preferred Requirements: Advanced degree (MS or MBA) Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality certification The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for quality systems and performance across a complex, multi-site metals manufacturing organization. This executive will establish consistent quality standards across the manufacturing network while strengthening process control, product consistency, customer satisfaction, and cost of quality. Responsibilities: Establish the enterprise quality strategy and operating framework across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent standards, systems, and accountability Strengthen manufacturing quality through standardized process controls, performance metrics, statistical methods, and disciplined corrective action Serve as a senior quality leader for key customers, providing executive-level support for technical reviews, escalations, qualifications, and improvement initiatives Partner with Operations and technical leadership to improve first-pass yield, reduce nonconformances and customer claims, and address systemic manufacturing issues Maintain certification and customer compliance requirements while ensuring facilities remain prepared for audits, assessments, and evolving quality expectations Build organizational capability by developing quality leaders and technical talent while establishing clear succession plans and performance expectations across the network CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
