Escrow Assistant

The Escrow Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Providing support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and performing administrative tasks related to escrow closings in a branch or office setting.
• Performing a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist throughout the escrow process.
• Opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and managing the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
• Communicating requirements and other pertinent information to clients.
• Interpreting various agreements as they relate to closings and preparing all necessary documents for transactions.
• Supporting residential transactions by assisting a team or working directly with an escrow officer.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree.

Pay Rate: $23.57 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
