Iris Telehealth is seeking Psychiatrists licensed in Pennsylvania to provide care in a Community Mental Health outpatient setting for 16 hours per week. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners, supporting a diverse patient population and expanding access to care in underserved communities.

About the Role:

• Setting: Hybrid Onsite/Remote - Join a CMHC in Pennsylvania (Williamsport, Lewisburg, or Kennett Square)

• Schedule: 16 hrs/week | Flexible scheduling MondayFriday; open to provider availability

• Patient Population: Ages 6+ preferred; open to providers who are comfortable treating adult-only (18+)

• Primary Diagnoses: Diverse patient population with diagnoses including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorder, SUD, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, and dual-diagnosis presentations

• Appointment Times: 60 min. for initial visits | Follow-ups: 20 min. (adults) and 30 min. (children) | 30 min. administrative time included

• Support: Strong on-site support staff available to assist with vitals, prior authorizations, patient rooming, and administrative workflow support

• No on-call required!

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania medical license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Open to Psychiatrists (MD/DO) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs); PMHNP candidates must hold ANCC Board Certification

• Availability for 16 hours per week during EST business hours with flexible MondayFriday scheduling

• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 6+ preferred; candidates focused on adult populations (18+) will also be considered

• Telehealth experience preferred (experience using Carelogic a plus!)

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
