STORE MANAGER

Store Manager

Responsible for the day to day operations of the store.

Supervises, trains and evaluates employees in charge.

Responsible for the profits, expenses, cash, inventory and purchases of the station or store.

Analyzes results, operational trends and establishes action plans providing direction in areas of opportunity.

Maintains documentation required by the company.

Responsible for audits and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Checks product availability and merchandise location in the store.

Establishes relationships with customers and the community it serves.

Responsible for everything related to the "Food Service" department, sales, expenses, quality control, food handling, "Serv Safe" procedures, among others.

Responsible for auditing and authorizing attendance records of their team, as well as notifying and completing the required documentation for the approval of licenses.

Responsible for complying with all processes related to fuel management, including but not limited to: Compliance with the Environmental Quality Board standards / Management or control of gasoline inventory / Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment / Safety areas / Price survey / Identifying and being alert to any changes or situations that may impact sales in their area; among others.

High School Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent in Experience, at least 3 years.

Proficiency in Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office

Ability to learn and work with information systems

Inventory Control Expertise

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Experience in Supervision and Leadership

Ability to multitask
