Site Manager - PNC/RIO

Site Manager Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services across Arizona. As the Site Manager, you will oversee the administrative and day‑to‑day facilities operations at one of CBI’s 26 sites, ensuring the location functions safely, efficiently, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Job Summary The Site Manager will manage the facilities operations, maintain acceptable conditions, and supervise maintenance workers, service workers, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations and administrative functions. Supervise maintenance, service, housekeeping, and kitchen teams. Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and fire inspection regulations. Coordinate with staff to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Clear 39‑month MVR record and ability to present MVR report at interview. Level 1 fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain. Minimum 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. 2–3 years of business administration experience or comparable education and experience. Supervisory experience required. Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health, sanitation, and fire inspections. Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks).
