Whether you are an experienced CNA or beginning your healthcare career, we want to provide an environment where you can grow while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.Take and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.Observe patients and report changes in condition to the nurse.Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights.Assist with maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe patient environments.Follow infection-control and safety procedures.Document care accurately according to facility policies.Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and other team members.Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality. Provide compassionate and respectful care while promoting patient dignity and independence.QualificationsCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.High school diploma or GED preferred.Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on facility policy.Previous CNA or patient-care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.Dependable attendance and professional attitude.Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including assisting with patient mobility.
