About the Role:
Metro Restoration Services Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full-time Office Dispatcher/Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying organized, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to job sites efficiently and in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage daily scheduling to ensure optimal crew utilization and customer satisfaction
• Prepare, process, and track invoices and billing statements for restoration jobs  
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and field staff regarding job status and updates
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, job files, and billing documentation
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections
• Answer inbound calls and serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dispatching, billing, or office administration — restoration or construction industry a plus
• Strong proficiency in billing software, QuickBooks Online, and/or job management platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with insurance billing or restoration industry workflows is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher a bonus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
