Senior Producer

Role Description

Production is the engine that drives creative work forward at Code and Theory. Our producers are equal parts creative partner and operational powerhouse:

• Champion great ideas from the jump.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology to shape compelling, on-brand work.
• Own projects from the first brief or pitch through final delivery.
• Proactively identify risks and maintain a mitigation plan.
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact on your accounts.
• Build genuine trust with senior stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate reviews across creative, strategy, technology, and leadership.
• Own project scope, SOWs, budgets, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships.
• Stay ahead of changes in technology, emerging channels, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Mentor producers and team members.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading integrated projects across digital, social, video, content, and campaign initiatives.
• A bias toward action and the ability to figure things out without a perfect brief.
• A genuine love of content, storytelling, and creative ideas.
• A background in production, line production, account management, or program management.
• A track record of real client relationships.
• Fluency in budget management and SOW creation.
• Experience sourcing and managing vendors and freelancers.
• The ability to move fast without breaking things.
• Humility and a collaborative spirit.

Benefits

• Base compensation range of $100,000-$140,000.
