Press Brake Operator

Pay: $25-31/hr
Hours: 2nd shift:   Mon-Thurs - 3:30pm-2am OR Weekend Shift 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri, Sat, Sun
Location : North Tulsa 74115

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join its evening shift. This is a hands-on position operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys operating precision equipment, and is looking for a stable position with a consistent four-day workweek.

What You'll Do

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating CNC hydraulic press brake equipment
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, sketches, and work instructions
• Selecting and installing the proper punches, dies, and tooling
• Loading and running CNC programs independently
• Producing parts according to tight-tolerance specifications
• Deburring and finishing parts as needed
• Inspecting completed parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Using materials efficiently to minimize scrap and waste
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Previous press brake, fabrication, or metal-forming experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience working with precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Employees must own or be willing to purchase:

• Certified 12" caliper
• Tape measure
• Angle finder
