This is a hands-on position operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys operating precision equipment, and is looking for a stable position with a consistent four-day workweek.What You'll Do As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:Setting up and operating CNC hydraulic press brake equipmentReading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, sketches, and work instructionsSelecting and installing the proper punches, dies, and toolingLoading and running CNC programs independentlyProducing parts according to tight-tolerance specificationsDeburring and finishing parts as neededInspecting completed parts to ensure quality standards are metUsing materials efficiently to minimize scrap and wasteMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaQualificationsPrevious press brake, fabrication, or metal-forming experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience working with precision measuring equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the shop floorDependable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to work overtime when neededCommitment to workplace safety and qualityRequired ToolsEmployees must own or be willing to purchase: Certified 12" caliperTape measureAngle finder
